Damaged Items/Returns
- UPS is our standard method of shipping
- If you need to ship USPS call our customer service line 859-653-2475
- FREE SHIPPING on orders $750 or more
- Most orders are shipped out the same day (M-F 8am-5pm EST)
- Orders are shipped out of the Cincinnati, Ohio area
- Area Fixtures does not ship outside of the US
- UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air is only available M-F
Tracking
- All invoices include a tracking number that you can use to monitor the status of your order in transit
Damaged Items/Returns
- Call 859-653-2475 for returns or to report a damaged item and one of our customer service representatives will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly and easily as possible
